Our firefighters worked hand-in-hand with VMSC’s K-9 handlers to do a search for a missing person in an abandoned apartment building. While the K-9’s searched for and located the patient, the firefighters then packaged and removed the them. This also let us work on establishing a Unified Command structure which is critical when dealing with an incident that is multifaceted like this!
