$100.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours) + $50 Covid Sanitizing Fee

Any 3 hours - $100.00 per hour +$50 Covid Sanitizing Fee [additional hrs $100.00/hr]

Wedding or Wedding Reception - $100 an hour - $100.00 Deposit Required
[Includes Friday evening setup and use all day Saturday]
Weekdays: Monday thru Friday daytime 1PM to 5 PM
Full day - $100 per hour + $50 Covid Sanitizing Fee
Full week [5 weekdays] - $100 per hour + $50 Covid Sanitizing Fee
Full month [20 weekdays] - $100 per hour + $50 Covid Sanitizing Fee
Note: Covid Sanitizing Fee is a one time charge per rental
